Taqdeer Platform Terms of Use
Dear “User” or “Visitor” of the Taqdeer Services Portal,
Your access to or use of the Taqdeer Services Portal constitutes your explicit consent to the terms and conditions governing this platform. Accordingly, you are required to comply with the provisions stated on this page:

  • It is strictly prohibited to make any unlawful attempt to breach or circumvent the security protocols, misuse the platform for purposes other than its intended functions, obstruct authorized users' access, or engage in any unauthorized use, modification, damage, or destruction of the platform’s information or systems. Any evidence of such actions will subject the responsible party to legal accountability.
  • The platform administration does not collect any personal data without your knowledge when you visit the portal. However, in certain cases—such as service requests—you may voluntarily provide specific personal information. In addition, we automatically collect and store limited data, such as your IP address or the domain used to access the internet, including proxy details (if applicable), and the date and time of your visit or referral URL.
  • We use aggregated statistics to improve the portal’s usefulness for visitors and users by identifying the most and least visited content, determining system design specifications, evaluating platform performance, and identifying technical issues. These statistics are only accessible to the support team and are not shared outside of this scope unless required by a judicial authority.
